Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent water monitoring and dispensing system(100). The system(100) includes a water dispenser(102) and a user device(130). The water dispenser(102) having a water inlet(104), a filtration unit(106), a TDS sensor(108), a pH sensor(110), a temperature sensor(112), a flow sensor(114), a computing unit(116), a solenoid valve(122), an alert unit(124), a display unit(126), and a wireless communication module(128). The computing unit(116) operatively connected to the filtration unit(106), the TDS sensor(108), the pH sensor(110), the temperature sensor(112), and the flow sensor(114). The computing unit(116) having a memory unit(118) and a processing unit(120). The system(100) continuously monitors water quality parameters, dynamically estimate a remaining filter life based on monitored water quality parameters and cumulative water usage data, classify an operating condition of the system based on predefined threshold values, generate QR- based maintenance information, generate operational alerts, and automatically interrupt water dispensing upon detection of an unsafe operating condition.
