Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAM BASED MULTI-NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER CLASSIFICATION The present invention provides an intelligent system for electroencephalogram based multi- neurological disorder classification comprises a signal acquisition unit (1) configured to acquire a plurality of electroencephalogram based signals from a memory unit (4), a data acquisition and interface unit (2) configured to perform a set of operations to obtain a set of processed signals and said processed signals are transmitted to a processing unit (3). The processing unit (3) configured to receive the processed signals and obtains a structured epochs data for analysis, a set of hierarchical spatial and temporal representations is extracted from said structured epochs, an intermediate transformer features is obtained by integrating a set of hierarchical spatial and temporal representations, said intermediate transformer features is integrated to enable multi-scale feature fusion, and to dynamically assign a set of weights to said intermediate transformer features, and said intermediate transformer features is fused to classify the neurological disorder.
