Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for intelligent classification of domain-specific textual data using natural language processing and deep learning techniques. The system preprocesses textual inputs through tokenization, stemming, vectorization, and stop-word removal before applying a bidirectional long short- term memory model to perform contextual classification. An active learning mechanism identifies uncertain predictions and routes them to a human expert for validation. Validated outputs are incorporated into an incremental learning framework, enabling continuous improvement of classification accuracy without full model retraining. The invention provides a scalable, adaptive, and high-precision solution suitable for healthcare, scientific, and enterprise text analytics applications.
