Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is an intelligent solar energy generation, prediction, and optimization system (100) with real-time adaptive control that comprises a photovoltaic (PV) panel array (102), an environmental sensor unit (104), an electrical parameter sensing unit (106), a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) unit (108), an energy storage unit (110), a grid and load interface unit (112), a communication unit (114), a memory unit (116), and a processing unit (118). The processing unit (118) includes a data processing module (120), a prediction module (122), an adaptive control module (124), a fault detection module (126), and an energy management module (128) configured to process environmental and operational data, predict solar energy generation using machine learning, optimize MPPT, energy storage, load management, and grid interaction, detect operational anomalies, and manage energy distribution. The system improves prediction accuracy, energy conversion efficiency, operational reliability, predictive maintenance, and renewable energy integration under dynamic environmental conditions.
