Abstract: MediKiosk AI relates to a computer-implemented multimodal patient case-taking and clinical information management system and method. The system receives patient information through voice, text, touch-based interaction, and uploaded medical documents. An Automatic Speech Recognition component converts voice information to text, an Optical Character Recognition component extracts information from documents, and a Clinical Natural Language Processing component converts the received information into structured clinical facts. An adaptive question engine determines subsequent questions according to a current patient case state and missing or insufficient information. A unified patient profile and longitudinal timeline combine current consultation information with authorized historical records, and separate AYUSH and Allopathy workflows organize clinical information according to respective assessment structures. An AI-assisted clinical analysis unit generates an assistive clinical draft and a red-flag and safety unit identifies predefined potentially concerning information. The resulting information is presented to an authorized healthcare professional for review, correction, and verification before final record generation, following which verified information may be represented in an interoperability-ready format, including FHIR-ready data.
