Abstract: ABSTRACT The current invention relates to an intelligent safety system designed for early detection and control of fire and leakage of hazardous gases in enclosed places, such as domestic, commercial, industrial, and laboratory environments. The system uses multiple sensors, including gas, smoke, temperature, and flame-sensing sensors. Unlike traditional safety system designs, the current system considers information received from multiple sensors and checks the consistency of the information before making a decision regarding any emergency. There is a health-monitoring process for the sensors to detect any abnormalities or unreliable sensors, and a dynamic baseline is considered as part of the design due to environmental variations. Based on the information gathered by multiple sensors, the system provides a risk level, which could be normal, warning, high-risk, or critical, and then, according to the detected hazard, the system automatically activates corresponding actions, such as alarm, ventilation, gas shut-off, or fire extinguishment. IoT communication serves for remote monitoring, and GSM can be used as an additional notification method.
