Abstract: An Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System Integrating Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and Enterprise CRM ABSTRACT The present invention provides an intelligent Manufacturing Execution System including an Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integrated on a single industrial platform. The system gets real-time data from machines, sensors, industrial controllers, operator terminals, quality systems, inventory systems, enterprise applications. An Artificial Intelligence engine analyzes the collected information and makes the prediction of failure of equipment, detection of any process anomalies, optimization of production schedules, forecasting of demand, assessment of delivery risk, and the provision of corrective measures. A robotic process automation engine automates repetitive tasks across different applications such as updating records, generating reports, reconciling inventory, raising alerts, raising maintenance or purchase requests, and synchronizing data between manufacturing, enterprise resource planning, warehouse, quality, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The customer order, product configuration, service requests, complaint, delivery priority and order modifications are transferred to the CRM integration module and the production status and fulfillment information is transferred to the customer facing applications. A workflow orchestration module is a piece of software that manages the automated and human actions that occur when production events and artificial intelligence outputs happen. Traceability, quality monitoring, predictive maintenance, role-based access, audit logging, and even dashboards are configured, all of which are features of the system. The invention eliminates inefficiency, responsiveness, inaccuracies in data, underutilization of resources, poor quality, poor maintenance planning, lack of visibility by the customer, and coordination problems between the shop floor and the enterprise's various business processes in manufacturing environments and manufacturing facilities.
