The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses an intelligent machine learning device (100) for early identification of congenital disorders and anomalies. The device (100) comprises a data acquisition module (110) receiving multimodal medical data including ultrasound images, genetic screening data, and maternal health parameters. A data preprocessing unit (120) performs noise reduction, normalization, and feature extraction. A machine learning engine (130) comprising convolutional neural network modules (132) and an ensemble classifier (134) analyses preprocessed data to identify patterns indicative of congenital abnormalities. An anomaly detection and classification module (140) performs pattern recognition, risk scoring, and disorder classification. A clinical decision support interface (150) generates alerts, visualizations, and clinical reports. A database and knowledge repository (160) supports continuous learning. The device is characterized by a multi-stage ensemble classification approach combining outputs from specialized neural networks for consolidated diagnostic assessment with confidence scores and risk stratification
