MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611102407 A) filed by Suresh Gyan Vihar University on August 25, 2026, for An Intelligent Fpga Apparatus For Adaptive Ai Acceleration And Reconfiguration.
Inventors include Dr. Arastu Sharma; and Dr. Sohit Agarwal.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: An intelligent FPGA apparatus provides adaptive artificial intelligence acceleration and dynamic reconfiguration. The apparatus comprises a workload input interface, workload characterization module, intelligent decision engine, configuration repository, reconfiguration controller, configurable AI accelerator fabric, memory subsystem, resource monitor, performance monitor, power and thermal monitor, scheduler, and feedback-learning module. The apparatus dynamically selects and partially reconfigures accelerator regions according to workload characteristics, resource availability, precision requirements, performance, power, and thermal conditions, thereby providing flexible, efficient, and adaptive FPGA-based acceleration for changing AI workloads.
