MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611107087 A) filed by Akash Sharma on September 05, 2026, for An Intelligent Biometric And Enterprise Resource Planning Integrated System For Dynamic Workforce Realignment In Automated Assembly Centers.

Inventor includes Akash Sharma.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: [062] The present invention relates to an intelligent biometric and enterprise resource planning integrated system for dynamic workforce realignment in automated assembly centers. The system comprises biometric acquisition devices for generating authenticated worker-presence states, an enterprise resource planning interface for obtaining production and workforce data, an assembly-state acquisition layer for obtaining machine-derived operational information, a workforce competency repository and a dynamic realignment engine. The dynamic realignment engine correlates authenticated workforce availability with assembly-workstation conditions, production requirements, worker qualifications and machine authorizations to detect an allocation imbalance and determine candidate workforce realignments. Candidate realignments are evaluated according to destination requirements and operational consequences at source workstations, thereby preventing a reassignment that creates an unacceptable source-workstation condition. A selected realignment instruction is communicated to a workstation interface, and destination biometric verification confirms physical implementation and authorized worker-machine association. Post-realignment assembly information is fed back to update the workforce allocation state, thereby providing closed-loop dynamic workforce realignment in an automated assembly environment.
