The system (100) comprises a three-layer architecture including a presentation layer (110), an application logic layer (120), and a data layer (130) utilizing Firebase backend services. The system (100) includes a complaint registration module (140) for multi-field complaint submission with category classification and priority assignment, a workflow management module (150) automating complaint assignment and state transitions through a defined lifecycle, a real-time tracking module (160) providing role-customized dashboards with live status updates through Firebase real-time listeners, a notification module (170) dispatching automated alerts at workflow events, and an analytics module (180) providing comprehensive reporting dashboards. The system implements role-based access control for three user categories and achieves fifty percent reduction in complaint resolution time compared to conventional methods. [
