Abstract: ABSTRACT: An Integrated Handheld Thermo-Vibratory Device for Temporomandibular Joint Therapy with Annular Gel Delivery and Automatic Safety Control An integrated handheld therapeutic device for management of temporomandibular joint disorders and orofacial myofascial pain is disclosed. The device comprises an ergonomic housing having a fixed, angled, rounded metallic massage head with a circumferential annular outlet configured for controlled topical gel dispensing. A solid-state thermoelectric module is operatively coupled to the massage head to selectively provide hot or cold fomentation within physiologically safe ranges. A vibration motor delivers controlled vibratory stimulation to the massage head for myofascial relaxation. An automatic safety cut-off system comprising sensors and control circuitry is configured to limit exposure duration and deactivate one or more therapeutic modalities upon exceeding predefined safety thresholds. The integrated system delivers gel application, thermal therapy, and vibration massage through a single handheld instrument, improving treatment consistency, patient compliance, and safety without the need for multiple devices or accessories.
