MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621074862 A) filed by Muktishila Private Limited on June 17, 2026, for An Integrated Scrap Refining System For Extracting Multiple High- Value Industrial Products.

Inventor includes Muktishila Private Limited.

The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an automated, energy net-zero integrated scrap refining system for extracting high-value industrial products from mixed scrap. The system establishes mutual thermodynamic synergies between a waste sorting deck (BLOCK B), a biological waste-to-energy processing line (BLOCK C), a dual-track plastic recycling facility (BLOCK D), a power management block (BLOCK A), and a central control room (BLOCK E). Sorted wet organic waste is converted inside a CSTR anaerobic digester (303) into compressed Bio-CNG (308), which directly powers an on-site generator (103). Recovered waste thermal energy from said generator is recycled via heat pipes (104) back to fuel a high-temperature vacuum pyrolysis reactor (407) that cracks mixed plastic waste into refined light diesel oil (411) and non-condensable pyro-gases (412). The entire refinery operations are interconnected and automatically stabilized against disruptions via a centralized PLC SCADA interlock matrix (501).
