Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INTEGRATED RE-CRISPING AND VACUUM SEALING DEVICE FOR ENHANCED SNACK PRESERVATION The present invention discloses a compact re-crisping and vacuum sealing device, designed to enhance food preservation efficiently. The device comprises key components, each numbered for clarity. The housing (1) provides a stable, countertop-friendly structure with a digital control panel (6) for setting adjustments, real-time feedback, and speed regulation. Central to its functionality is a vacuum sealing chamber (2) with a lid that accommodates various bag sizes, ensuring an airtight seal to maintain snack freshness. An electric motor (3) drives a hollow shaft (4) connected to re-crisping blades (5), which gently restore snack texture without damage. A heat element (7), connected to the control panel, offers precise temperature control to avoid over-drying or burning. Additionally, a rectangular tray (8) on top provides convenient food placement. Together, these components work seamlessly, creating an intuitive, efficient solution for snack preservation and re-crisping.
