Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated hopper, mixer and laying machine (100) for in-situ preparation and laying of a paving mixture at a road construction site. The machine (100) comprises a hopper assembly (101) for controlled receipt of a plurality of concrete materials, an elevator assembly (104) for lifting the concrete materials, a mixer unit (105) configured to receive the concrete materials from the elevator assembly (104), receive emulsion and water from pumps (108), and mix the same with at least one stabilizer to form the paving mixture, a small conveyor (106) and a folding conveyor (107) for transporting and discharging the paving mixture for laying. All components are mounted on a mobile chassis (110) and arranged sequentially to enable continuous in-situ mixing and laying of the paving mixture. The invention also discloses a method for the said in-situ mixing and laying using the machine (100).
