Abstract: An Integrated Health Screening Kiosk with Multi-Sensor Data Acquisition and Interpretable Prediction Engine Abstract The present invention relates to an integrated health screening kiosk (100) configured for automated, contactless, and interpretable disease prediction using multi-modal physiological sensing and artificial intelligence. The system comprises a user standing platform (101) integrated with a weight measurement unit (104), a sensor frame (102) supporting a non-contact thermal camera (103) and a height measurement unit (103), and a touch screen user interface (105). A system control unit (110) including a data acquisition module (111), preprocessing module (112), and processing unit (113) generates disease predictions using a trained computational model. An interpretability engine (114) comprising neuron activation detection (114a), rule mapping (114b), rule perturbation (114c), and contribution scoring (114d) provides human-understandable explanations. The system further includes a model database (115), user data storage (116), output modules (120, 121, 122), a doctor validation interface (130), and a model improvement engine (140), enabling continuous learning and reliable healthcare screening.
