The system (100) comprises a presentation layer module (110) with interfaces for login, dashboard, patient management, and appointment scheduling; a data management layer module (120) with repositories for patient data (122), appointments (124), medical reports (126), and user credentials (128); an analytics engine module (130) with a data aggregation unit (132), visualization rendering unit (134), and trend analysis unit (136) for generating real-time graphical visualizations; a role-based access control module (140) for authenticating and authorizing users as administrator, doctor, or staff; a medical report generation module (150); an appointment scheduling module (160) with conflict detection; and an administration module (170). The system (100) is characterized in that it provides a unified, modular, web-based platform integrating healthcare data management with real-time analytics visualization, deployable on standard computing infrastructure without dedicated server requirements.
