The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INTEGRATED EFFLUENT TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR REALIZING SUSTAINABLE ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE AND A METHOD THEREOF The present disclosure relates to an effluent treatment system (1000) and a method (2000) thereof. The system (1000) comprises an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) line (100), a Burn-Box Treatment Plant (BBTP) line (200), and a ZLD line (300). The ETP line (100) includes a first Pre-Treatment (PT) unit (102), a first Ultrafiltration (UF) unit (110), and a first Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit (114) to produce a first permeate stream (116). The BBTP line (200) comprises an ammonia stripping unit (202), a second PT unit (208), a second UF unit (214), and a second RO unit (218) to produce a second permeate stream (220). The ZLD line (300) includes a precipitation unit (302), a third UF unit (310), a third RO unit (314), and a thermal-evaporation unit (320) to recover third and fourth permeate streams (316, 322). The permeate streams are recycled to the manufacturing plant, thereby achieving ZLD.
