Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an integrated dual-stage modular axial flux motor system (100) configured to generate variable torque output while providing passive thermal management. The system (100) comprises a power supply module (101) configured to supply electrical power, a motor controller and supervisory module (102) configured to receive user command signals and feedback sensor signals, a primary drive module (103) configured to generate rotational output during normal operating conditions, and a secondary drive module (104) configured to selectively generate additional rotational output during increased torque demand. A common drive shaft assembly (105) synchronizes rotational output from the primary drive module (103) and the secondary drive module (104). A passive cooling module (106) comprising lightweight rotor structures with integrated airflow passages generates centrifugal airflow for dissipating heat during motor operation. An output drive module (107) transmits the synchronized rotational output to a mechanical load. The coordinated operation of the modules enables staged torque generation, improved thermal management, enhanced operational efficiency, and reliable mechanical power transmission under varying load conditions.
