Abstract: An integrated brake dust collector assembly (100) for a steering knuckle (104) in a vehicle includes a dust collector (102) integrally molded with the knuckle (104) of the vehicle. The brake dust collector assembly (100) includes a suction fan (106) configured at one side surface of the dust collector, where the suction fan (106), when operating, creates an airflow to draw particulate matters from the surroundings into the dust collector. The brake dust collector assembly (100) includes a magnetic strip (116) to attract and trap metallic particles, a multi-stage filter unit (114) to trap particulate matter of different sizes and a plurality of baffles (110) positioned inside a collector pocket (108) to help settle particulate matters within the collector pocket (108).
