Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INTEGRATED ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE TRACKING SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATED GPA COMPUTATION AND CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT The present invention discloses an integrated academic performance tracking system (100) comprising a student mobile application (110), a teacher web dashboard (120), a GPA and marks calculation engine (130), a performance analytics engine (140), an appointment management module (150), an offline data synchronization engine (160), and a cloud-based backend database service (170). Teachers manage subjects, assessments, marks, and study materials through the teacher web dashboard (120). The GPA and marks calculation engine (130) is automatically triggered upon marks entry and computes credit-weighted grade point averages using configurable institutional grading schemas. Computed GPA values are synchronized to the student mobile application (110). The performance analytics engine (140) generates trend dashboards and recommendations. The system provides offline access through the offline data synchronization engine (160) and teacher-student communication through the appointment management module (150), thereby eliminating manual GPA computation, enhancing transparency, and enabling efficient management in institutions.
