MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202431100527 A) filed by Pyinma Technologies Private Limited on December 18, 2024, for An Innovative Fan Assembly System For Controlled Motion With Adjustable Arc Motion And Bio-Natural Leaflet Attachment.

Inventors include Dr E Muthu Kumaran, Assistant Professor; Jaya Surya A, Intern Pyinma Technologies Pvt Ltd; and Ms. Divya, Managing Director.

The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: According to the invention, there is provided innovative fan assembly system for controlled motion with adjustable arc motion and ancient leaflet attachment, comprising an actuator assembly and a fan assembly. It consists of a base assembly consisting of a base plate attached to a stable work surface using appropriate fasteners for providing a sturdy foundation for the fan. It comprises actuator pole and fan attachment. The actuator pole (301) connects the actuator to a fan pole (401). The actuator pole (301) and the fan pole (401) are mounted on a base plate (201) by fasteners such as nuts (208) and bolts (207). This connection enables the actuator to control the fan's motion. The fans (404) are mounted with leaflets /herbal matters used to swing around and create current of air, onto the fan holder (403), ensuring proper alignment and securing attachment. The fan assembly comprising of fan pole (401), fan holder (403) with bearing arrangement for reducing friction and allow for smooth rotation of the fan (404). The fan holders are attached to and hold the fan in place and is inbuilt with angle adjustment mechanism. The fan pole (401) slid into a rotating pole clamp (206) ensuring alignment with ball bearings (204 and 205) allowing smooth arc motion of fan pole (401). The rotating pole clamp (206) is secured in the base plate (201) using bolts (207) and nuts. It is equipped with a slider (107) that slide into an actuator disc (103) driven by a motor for creating arc motion of the fan (404), where a sliding rail (108) attached to the slide (107) facilitates the front and back motion of the fan pole (401). An actuator link (102) is the main component responsible for the arc motion of the fan. FIG. 7
