Abstract: An innovative drug reconstitution system for injectables is disclosed. The system includes a vial engagement module, a diluent holding module, a sterile transfer channel, an actuation assembly, a flow regulating element, a sterile pressure balancing barrier, a mixing assistance chamber, a completion indicator, and a protected withdrawal interface. The system enables closed transfer of diluent into a sealed drug vial, assists controlled mixing of the injectable product, reduces exposure to contamination and needle handling, and supports accurate withdrawal of the prepared dose.
