MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611102850 A) filed by Sharda University on August 26, 2026, for An Infant Milk Bowl With A Thermally Insulated Water Jacket For Temperature Maintenance.

Inventors include Ramneet; Mamta Narwaria; and Renu Mishra.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: An infant milk bowl (100) is disclosed comprising an inner compartment (110) configured to receive and retain prepared infant formula milk and an outer compartment (104) disposed around at least a portion of the inner compartment (110). The outer compartment (104) is configured to receive warm water and defines a separate fluid- retaining region thermally coupled to the inner compartment (110) through a wall thereof. A selectively controllable vent (124) is associated with the outer compartment (104) and is configured to regulate heat dissipation from the warm water, thereby controlling thermal transfer to the prepared infant formula milk. A lid (120) may cover at least an opening of the inner compartment (110), with the selectively controllable vent (124) provided in the lid (120). The selectively controllable vent (124) may provide different opening conditions for regulating heat dissipation and maintaining or adjusting a temperature of the prepared infant formula milk without direct electrical heating.
