The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INDUSTRIAL DUST COLLECTOR SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME An industrial dust collector system (100) and a method(200) for operating the same are disclosed. The system(100) comprises a valve health monitoring module(104) configured to record header air pressure before valve pulsing, at valve closure, and after diaphragm rebuild to determine diaphragm conditions, a cleaning module(120) configured to control valve pulsing using differential pressure based PID control and dual-timer sequencing, and a learning-based filter bag monitoring module(300) configured to monitor row-wise filtration performance using particle sensor data. The valve health monitoring module (104) detects diaphragm conditions using tolerance ranges(110) and generates maintenance alerts. The cleaning module(120) adjusts pulse delay and valve open duration based on pressure and diaphragm health. The filter bag monitoring module(300) establishes baseline and peak particle setpoints during manual learning mode and correlates particle data with health data to identify filtration anomalies, thereby improving cleaning efficiency, reducing compressed air consumption, and enabling predictive maintenance.
