MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511012537 A) filed by Perovskite Innovation Pvt. Ltd. on February 14, 2025, for An Indigenous Semi-Transparent Perovskite Solar Cells Based Solar Tree.
Inventor includes Prof. Soumitra Satapathi.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to the indigenous semi-transparent perovskite solar cells based solar tree for field deployment. The dielectric-metal-dielectric (DMD) electrode is deposited on the top of perovskite solar cell for maximum extraction of charges. Perovskite solar cells are arranged in an optimized configuration to maximize sunlight absorption.
