Abstract: An improved nasal spray system for enhanced systemic bioavailability is disclosed. The formulation maintains drug availability while supporting nasal residence and epithelial transport. The dispensing assembly provides reproducible metered atomization toward absorptive nasal mucosa, thereby improving systemic exposure with patient acceptable intranasal administration and storage stability.
