Abstract: “AN IMPROVED MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE BLOCKS” The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a lightweight concrete mixture (102) that may be made by mixing one or more of, about 20% to 70% by weight pozzolanic material (104), water (106), about 2% to 10% by weight calcium oxide (108), about 3% to 20% by weight activators (110), about 0.1 to 3% by weight calcium sulfate dihydrate (126), about 0.01% to 0.1% by weight soluble oil (22), about 0.5% to 5% by weight accelerators (120), 0.01% to 0.1% by weight sodium dichromate (124), and about 0.01% to 0.5% by weight aluminium (128) into a homogeneous mixture.
