Abstract: An improved drug dispersion technique for tablets is disclosed. The technique forms a carrier anchored dispersion intermediate by combining an active pharmaceutical ingredient with a preconditioned particulate carrier, a controlled wetting facilitator, and a stabilizing binder interface. The intermediate is blended with tablet forming excipients and compressed into tablets using conventional equipment. The system reduces drug agglomeration, segregation, and content variability while supporting reproducible dissolution. The technique is suitable for poorly soluble, cohesive, low dose, and dose-sensitive active pharmaceutical ingredients in solid oral dosage forms.
