Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an identification system (104) for identifying a plurality of device circuits (106) connected to a plurality of electric connectors (102). The identification system (104) includes a plurality of connector pins (202), a control unit (204). The control unit (204) is configured to identify status of an input pin (302) based on a receive input value on an output pin (304) and generated output value on the input pin (302) and identify a status of a connection of at least one of a first connector pin (202a) and a second connector pin (202b) from a pair of connector pins (202a, 202b). The control unit (204) correlate the identified status of the connection of at least one of the first connector pin (202a) and the second connector pin (202b) with each other and identify the plurality of device circuits (106), based on the correlation.
