Abstract: ABSTRACT AN HPLC METHOD FOR THE IN-VITRO QUANTIFICATION OF NOBILETIN The present invention relates to a reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for the in-vitro quantification of Nobiletin as a single analyte, in isocratic elution mode, using a mobile phase comprising acetonitrile and 0.1% orthophosphoric acid in a ratio of 75:25 (v/v).
