Abstract: The present disclosure provides an eye gaze tracking system (100) and an eye gaze tracking method (500). The method (500) includes receiving (502) one or more full- scale images of an occupant captured by one or more cameras (150), and extracting (504) an eye crop region from each of the one or more full-scale images. The method (500) includes detecting (506) at least a pupil center in the eye crop region using a segmentation-specific adversarial regularizer and a segmentation-specific cycle-consistency regularizer. The method (500) includes detecting (508) one or more glint regions in proximity to the pupil center, and estimating (510), using a single point calibration technique, a visual gaze of the occupant based on one or more parameters.
