Inventors include Ms. Savitha Tassistant Professor; Ms. Kavitha B Assistant Professor; Vaibhav Khandelwal - Rncs; Vinod - Rncs; Darshan Guled - Rncs; and Vikas B - Rncs.
The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: Health is a highly marked statistical research aspect where dermatological conditions are increasingly prevalent. Skin diseases involve abnormal changes in facial tissue that can affect a person's physical and psychological well-being. Traditionally, specialists manually examined skin conditions to identify issues like acne, hyperpigmentation, or oily skin. However, this perusal explains an automated identification of the same by eradicating errors using deep learning methods, specifically an ensemble of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). The dataset contains facial images which are initially preprocessed for feature extraction. This follows training the model, implementing temporal analysis via LSTM modules, and providing visual justifications using Grad-CAM. The model utilizes a self supervised learning boost to increase automation and adapt to user inputs. Therefore, the model is deployed into an application where users receive both a predicted condition and personalized lifestyle insights.
