Abstract: ABSTRACT AN EXPLAINABLE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED RISK PREDICTION AND DECISION-MAKING SUMMARIZATION An Explainable Artificial Intelligence System for Automated Risk Prediction and Decision Making Summarization is disclosed. The system is configured to collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data obtained from multiple data sources for identifying and assessing potential risks. A data preprocessing module performs cleansing, normalization, validation, and transformation of incoming information, while a feature engineering module extracts relevant attributes for predictive analysis. A risk prediction engine utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to generate risk scores, classifications, severity indicators, and confidence levels. An explainability module interprets prediction outcomes by identifying influential factors and generating transparent reasoning associated with risk assessments. An evidence correlation module associates predictive outputs with supporting contextual information and historical records. A decision summarization module automatically generates natural language summaries containing risk findings, contributing factors, supporting evidence, and recommended actions. The system further provides visualization and reporting capabilities to support transparent, interpretable, and efficient decision making across finance, healthcare, cybersecurity, insurance, and enterprise risk management applications.
