Abstract: The present invention relates to an evaporative condenser system designed for efficient heat rejection and water conservation. The system comprises a tapered cooling funnel with drift eliminator (101), spray nozzles (102), a tube bundle (103) connected to a tube header (108), a recirculation pump (104), a water sump (105), a condensate outlet (106), a case body (107), and a staggered pitch coil (109). During operation, hot refrigerant passes through the finned tube bundle (103) while water is sprayed uniformly by nozzles (102). An induced-draft airflow through the funnel (101) enhances evaporation, facilitating condensation of the refrigerant at near wet- bulb temperature. Un-evaporated water is collected in the sump (105) and pump (104)ed back, forming a closed-loop system. The integrated configuration minimizes water loss, energy consumption, and installation space, providing a sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective cooling solution for industrial and HVAC applications.
