Abstract: The present invention introduces an ergonomic Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled smart workstation comprising a receiver unit (100) and a transmitter unit (200) designed to enhance the health, comfort, and productivity of users such as artisans, craft professionals and other related professionals. The present invention integrates posture correction, environmental monitoring, adaptive illumination, and data analytics into a single intelligent, modular workstation. The system autonomously adjusts height, tilt, lighting, and air quality parameters in real-time through the coordinated control of sensors, actuators (124(a),124(b),124(c)), and microcontrollers (102, 206), thereby addressing the ergonomic and environmental challenges inherent to traditional and modern craftwork setups.
