The motor (101), the gearbox, (102), the controller (103), the chain drive (104), the pillion footrest (105), the battery (106), the rider footrest (107), the plurality of louvers (108), and the outer tube (109) are ergonomically placed in a compact space at the center of gravity of the vehicle to attain maximum efficiency and smooth functioning of the vehicle.
