The chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising a leader sequence (CD8), a scFv sequence, a hinge region (CD8 alpha chain), a transmembrane domain (CD28), a co-stimulatory domain (4-1BB), an intracellular signalling domain (CD3 Zeta) and optionally an EGFP for directing against the extra cellular domain of BCMA (b-cell maturation antigen), a method for its preparation and its utility.
