Abstract: The present invention discloses an integrated artificial intelligence based system for real time plant disease diagnosis and advisory generation using a hybrid architecture combining deep learning and generative models. The system processes plant leaf images through a preprocessing pipeline followed by classification using an EfficientNet based convolutional neural network deployed via an optimized inference layer. The classification output including disease label and confidence score is further processed through a structured generative advisory engine configured to produce actionable recommendations including treatment, prevention and cause analysis. The system is deployed using a microservices based architecture incorporating frontend interface, backend orchestration layer, inference engine and database storage. The invention enables scalable, real time and reproducible deployment while maintaining high diagnostic accuracy and structured advisory generation. The system is configured to operate under defined latency constraints and includes mechanisms for confidence based expert validation triggers.
