Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent emergency monitoring and alert dissemination system for soundproof buildings. The system comprises one or more CCTV cameras, a plurality of environmental sensors, a central control unit, an image processing module, a sensor fusion and threat analysis module, a decision and verification module, speaker alert units, and communication interfaces. Real-time video streams and sensor data are analyzed using image processing and sensor fusion techniques to detect and validate internal and external emergency events, including fire, smoke, gas leakage, crowd formation, violent activities, unauthorized access, and structural abnormalities. Detected events are classified according to predefined threat levels, following which alerts are either verified by an authorized operator or automatically disseminated based on configurable decision logic.
