It is to be noted that the V-shaped cut-out section [108] is formed from the central elongated cylindrical portion [102] using a tri-cut machine operation. Further, the V-shaped cut-out section [108] defines first surface [108a] and second surface [108b] such that first angle is formed between the first surface [108a] and a longitudinal axis (A-A’); a second angle is formed between the first surface [108a] and the second surface [108b]; and a third angle is formed between the second surface [108b] and the longitudinal axis (A-A’) of the elongated suture [100].
