The plurality of axial magnets (202) are disposed between the one or more first flanges (200b) and the one or more second flanges (200a). The one or more sets of radial magnets (204, 206) are configured with at least one of the one or more second flanges (200b) and the one or more first flanges (200a) in proximity to the plurality of axial magnets (202).
