Abstract: ABSTRACT The ECM 100 comprises at least one electrical machine, at least one cooling member 108, an end-shield 110, and a sealing element 112. The at least one electrical machine further comprises a stator housing 106. The at least one cooling member 108 fixable on the stator housing 106 forming a first interface 1001. The end-shield 110 fixable on open side of the stator housing 106 forming a second interface 1002, and a third interface 1003, characterized in that, the first interface 1001, the second interface 1002, and the third interface 1003 comprise at least one recess respectively. The at least one recess of the first interface 1001, the second interface 1002, and the third interface 1003, upon assembly, form a continuous gap 114. The sealing element 112 positionable in the continuous gap 114 sealing the first interface 1001, the second interface 1002, and the third interface 1003 all together.
