Abstract: The present invention discloses an efficient and inclusive assembly of an induction cooktop operated directly using solar power. The invention relates to a solar- powered induction cooking system configured to operate directly on direct current electrical power generated from photovoltaic solar panels without employing grid- frequency DC–AC inverters. The system comprises a photovoltaic solar panel, a power conditioning unit including a maximum power point tracking circuit, a DC power bus, a high-frequency power conversion module, and an induction coil for heating an induction-compatible cooking vessel through induced eddy currents. The invention further enables intelligent regulation of cooking power based on available solar energy and supports hybrid operation with rectified grid power when solar power is insufficient. The invention reduces energy conversion losses, minimizes dependency on liquefied petroleum gas, improves cooking efficiency, and provides an environmentally sustainable indoor cooking solution.
