Abstract: The present invention relates to an Edge Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based real-time brain tumor detection, segmentation, and classification system for analyzing brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data. The system comprises an image input module, a preprocessing module, an edge computing module, a tumor detection module, a segmentation module, a classification module, and an output visualization module. The preprocessing module prepares the received MRI data for analysis, while the edge computing module executes one or more trained artificial intelligence models locally. The detection module identifies suspected tumor regions, the segmentation module generates corresponding spatial masks, and the classification module determines a predicted category supported by the trained model. The outputs are integrated and presented through a user interface, optionally together with model confidence information and processing duration. The system is configured to reduce dependence on continuous cloud connectivity and facilitate local processing of medical images. The invention provides an integrated computer-aided analysis workflow intended to assist healthcare professionals in reviewing brain MRI images.
