Abstract: The present invention is related to an autonomous system for coolant tank monitoring and management. The system integrates multi-parameter sensing including temperature (104), flow, pressure, turbidity, ORP, pH, level, and leak detection, connected to a Wi-Fi enabled microcontroller (107). Autonomous state-machine logic evaluates sensor data to trigger actions such as UV-C sterilization, side-stream filtration, chemical dosing, and variable-frequency pump control. Components include an MCB (101), main power switch (102), air inlet (103), air outlet (105), and air pump for oxygenation (106). A control panel with power indicator and waterproof sensor probes enables insertion into the coolant tank. The IoT dashboard provides visualization, alerts, and analytics. The invention mitigates microbial contamination, biofilm formation, thermal instability, and energy inefficiency, offering low-cost, scalable, and retrofit-friendly coolant quality management compared to centralized Building Management Systems (BMS).
