Abstract: An autonomous line-following robot comprises a Raspberry Pi Pico W microcontroller, IR line sensors, a motor driver, an RFID-based destination identification module, and a servo-actuated unloading mechanism. A PID control algorithm maintains the robot on a predefined line; upon RFID detection of a selected destination, the robot halts, automatically unloads goods via the servo mechanism, and returns to its starting point, providing a low-cost, energy-efficient, wirelessly-connected solution for autonomous material transport.
