Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: AN AUTOMATIZED LPG CYLINDER CONVEYOR SYSTEM. The present invention relates to an automated and robotic machine, for lifting up both of empty and filled cylinder or hooking up or de-coupling from over head conveyor to ground conveyor or ground conveyor to over head conveyor automatically by this automatic cylinder lifting machine in very short time with full of safety measures and without any human interference or manual participation by operator. The cylinder is securely held by a cylinder holding assembly and moved vertically up or down by the operation of a pneumatic cylinder. A coupling/decoupling assembly is provided to securely connect or disconnect a LPG cylinder with overhead conveyor. This machine can operate empty and LPG filled cylinder, and said machine can carry/operate with 5kg/14.2 kg/19.0 kg/47 kg filled and empty LPG cylinder and other standard of the oil company, Overhead conveyor movements and lifting machine operation synchronization is done by PLC and co-operating sensor, The screwing and unscrewing time is 12-16 second and total operation time of the lifting machine is 25-30 second.
