The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention addresses the aforementioned needs by providing a Configurable PLC Automation System (CPAS) for industrial process control and monitoring. The CPAS allows users to define, modify, and deploy process configurations through an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), without any software programming. It comprises three main components: a configuration tool, a SCADA application, and a PLC application. The configuration tool uses menu-driven forms to let users specify physical components, logical relationships, and monitoring parameters, and automatically generates a configuration database file encapsulating this data. The SCADA application receives the configuration file to create dynamic HMIs, monitor process status, log data, trigger alarms, and support real-time visualization, historical trending, and remote access. The PLC application processes the configuration file to assign I/O points, define control logic, implement safety interlocks, and ensures minimal downtime with hot-swap deployment.
