Abstract: An automatic, non-hazardous water pumping platform and method are disclosed to provide programmable schedule management and remote data monitoring across agricultural and domestic settings. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller core outfitted with a Real-Time Clock (RTC) to execute precise, user-defined water pumping schedules without manual field intervention. Ultrasonic or floating level sensors track water volumes inside supply wells and storage tanks; if an empty well or full tank condition is encountered, the microcontroller overrides active timers to shut off the pump relay, preventing dry-runs or overflow waste. The architecture features a dual power supply that accommodates AC mains alongside a solar PV panel backed by a Battery Management System (BMS). Operational metrics, volume alerts, and system state data are transmitted via built-in Wi-Fi or GSM networks to an interactive mobile application or web dashboard, allowing users to modify parameters remotely.
